Who we are

What we collect

If you complete the audit request form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, website, service area and anything you write in the message field. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare the audit you asked for and discuss whether we can work together. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the email provider that delivers your enquiry to our inbox. We never sell or pass on your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@pestcontrolmarketing.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
