What's included

Built for emergency demand and seasonal swings

01

Account build or rescue

New campaigns from scratch, or a forensic clean-up of an existing account — wasted spend, broken conversions and agency-inherited chaos included.

02

Emergency intent structure

Campaigns split by treatment and urgency so a same-day wasp call never competes with a £12 bait-station browser.

03

Local Services Ads management

Google Guaranteed verification, budget and service-area control, review prompts and lead disputes filed on your behalf.

04

Meta campaigns

Commercial contracts, landlord targeting, seasonal offers and retargeting for quoted-but-not-booked enquiries.

05

Seasonal budget control

Spend ramped for wasp season and pulled back in the quiet months — without you having to ask.

06

Monthly report

Spend, leads, cost per lead and cost per booked job by channel, with next month's plan on the same page.

Locations

Paid advertising, targeted to your actual coverage map

Radius targeting around one postcode wastes budget on areas you'd rather not drive to. We build zone-level campaigns per town, so bids follow job value and drive time.

Channels

Three channels, managed as one budget

Google Ads (PPC)from £250/month management

Search campaigns around emergency intent — same-day wasp nests, rats in the loft, bed bugs. Tight match types, negative lists, call-only variants and ad schedules built around when your team can actually answer.

Local Services Ads£150/month management

Google Guaranteed badge, verification and licence checks handled, budget and service-area tuning, plus we dispute every junk lead you shouldn't be paying for. Pay-per-lead, above everything else on the page.

Facebook & Instagramfrom £250/month management

Where the contract work comes from: landlord and letting-agent targeting, commercial premises, seasonal prevention offers and retargeting for anyone who priced you up and didn't book.

Ad spend is paid direct to Google or Meta and is separate from management fees.

FAQ

Common questions

How much should a pest control company spend on Google Ads?

Most of our clients run between £500 and £2,000 a month in ad spend, seasonally weighted. That is separate from our management fee and paid direct to Google. Below about £400 a month there is rarely enough data to optimise properly, so we would point you at Google Business Profile first.

What is a good cost per lead for pest control?

Across our client base it averages £38, though it varies a lot by area and treatment. Emergency wasp and rodent work tends to come in cheaper because the intent is urgent; commercial contract enquiries cost more per lead but are worth far more per job.

Are Local Services Ads worth it for pest control?

For most firms, yes. They sit above everything else on the page, carry the Google Guaranteed badge, and you pay per lead rather than per click. The catch is that the junk lead rate is real, which is why disputing them is part of what we do rather than something you chase yourself.

How quickly will ads start producing enquiries?

Campaigns are usually live in week two and the first booked job typically lands within 14 days. Local Services Ads take longer to start because Google has to verify your licences and insurance first, and that timeline is theirs rather than ours.

Should I keep advertising through the winter?

At a reduced level, yes. Wasp work collapses but rodents move indoors, so the mix shifts rather than disappears. We ramp spend for the summer and pull it back in the quiet months without you having to ask.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?

No. It is a flat monthly management fee, so our incentive is not to talk you into spending more than the leads justify. You hold the ad accounts and can see every penny.
